Getty Copper Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: GTC) is pleased to announce that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of 8,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $400,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.075 per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

(the "Company") (TSXV: GTC) is pleased to announce that, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it is amending the terms of an aggregate of 13,464,000 share purchase warrants ("Warrants") by extending the expiry date of the Warrants by one year.
