    They had some interesting insights about GSV on (http://dailygainalerts.tech). Definitely made me think twice about the company.

    Good time and price to add GSV. Also, this undervalued and under ten-cent gold producer makes so much money on low grades of .22 GPT that Rio Tinto is major owner. New drilling shows grades are multiples higher that will send production, cash flow and share prices soaring.

    I like the GSV stock in general, but I don’t know how to vote on this. Does anyone have a logical (non-emotional) opinion?

    No more GSV - My account hasn't reflected this yet but it should update next week sometime.

    Vote NO CEO should be replaced for trying to sell a company close to a 100 million less than what it’s worth.

    Don't like this merger. The 5-year price chart for GSV craters from $1.75 down to $0.30, and then a deal. Don't know Orla, but their share price over 5 years is generally positive.

    This one has potential to be over $1 easy. Come on Reddit followers push this one to the moon.

    First Majestic just announced the intended purchase of Jerritt Canyon for $470M in shares plus 5M share purchase warrants.

    Gold Standard Ventures is located next door in Elko County Nevada.

    Jerritt Canyon has already been in production since 1981 and has produced more than 9.5M oz. of gold over its 40-year production history. In 2020, its mine produced 112.7K oz. of gold at a cash cost of $1,289/oz.

    GSV’s AISC is projected to be substantially less than Jerritt’s cash cost. And its mine has not been drained of resources. See the value?

    SSRM has the long lasting Marigold mine in Nevada which utilizes a heap leach operation similar to what GSV proposes.

    Now the undervalued nature of the GSV mine is coming to light.

    It would only be natural for AG’s Neumeyer to want to buy GSV once it gets its mine built.

    I’d say the stock is a screaming buy at this price. Just my humble opinion.

    What is your take on the latest Orion financing deal? Dilution concerns? Streaming deal...2 million for lifetime of silver at 15% of market? Not a mine industry expert so not sure how to read this development. Hope it is a wise move

    Sale of Lewis Project to Newmont is inevitable, maybe not imminent. CEO, Attew said Newmont needs the land for the layback to continue Mine Operations. That means they need the land to get the gold from their own land, have to have that 45 degree layback. Mr. Attew is the man when it comes to deals like this, given his history. The sale of the Lewis Project to fund the Railroad Project just makes too much sense, IMHO.

    The reason I think this is a good investment and gamble is because the risk is very low. Management is excellent according to Rick Rule, CEO of Sprott holdings. Enough gold to start a mine 'has been' found, Good country and state for mining. Chances for a major find is better than average, ie the Carlin Trend & Battle Mountain. Financing is a done deal for the next few years ( no need to dilute share price ). The experts say gold will continue to go up over the next few years, which means people will continue to put their money in gold related stocks. The Lewis project is in the way of Newmont's Pheonix Mine on Battle Mountain, which I believe means they will have to buy it, or stop mining of one of their most productive mines.
    Summary;
    Low risk ie, good team, good financing, gold present. High upside, Carlin Trend & Battle Mountain ongoing exploratory drill results with a team that has made major finds in the past.
