(the “Company or “GOAT”) (CSE: GOAT) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 11,615,384 units of the Company, (each, a “Unit”), at a price of $0.065 per Unit to raise up to $755,000. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will be exercisable int
