Description

GGL Resources Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. It owns claims prospective for gold, copper, silver, zinc, lead, nickel, copper, and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits, as well as diamonds. The company owns 100% interests in the ZIP diamond property covering an area of 11,215 hectares, the Bishop project covering an area of 5,027 hectares, and the Rhombus project that consists of 7,887 hectares located in Northwest Territories; and the McConnell Creek Project comprising 8,700 hectares located in the British Columbia, Canada. It also has an option agreement to earn a 60% interest in the Stein project located in the Nunavut; and to earn a 100% interest in the Gold Point project located in the Nevada. The company was formerly known as GGL Diamond Corp. and changed its name to GGL Resources Corp. in August 2009. GGL Resources Corp. was incorporated in 1981 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
