This company should NOT have a market cap of almost $2B. It is worth a fraction of that. In 9mos ending 12/20, Revenue was down 90% from Euro 337M to 34M; cash flow from operations was obliterated, down from Euro 116M to -83M. Making matters worse, the UK, an important market for the company, has abolished tax free shopping.

This company's business has simply evaporated. The stock is sure to follow.

Debt problems compound the terrible business conditions. The company's financial statements filed 12/15/20, state that the old debt was refinanced with approximately Euro 730M. Management anticipates being in breach of the covenant when it is tested in September.

When the covenant is breached, the debt should be due.

This stock should be trading in the low single digits. No business, overlevered, and management expects to breach debt covenants. What about this situation says $2B market cap?

Terrible financial performance unlikely to change anytime soon. They are provisioning for over Euro 20M of payments to various European tax authorities that are investigating the company. Further, Russian and Chinese tourists are key users of the service. Who knows when tourism for these groups will return to anything like pre-covid days.

Global Blue's business should be the poster-child for businesses devastated by Covid. The stock doesn't reflect it yet, but it will.

@Joe, @Victoria this is a post pandemic play which should take off in a couple of months when International travel opens up. As valuation, going concern, etc anything can happen. Just need to look at American Airlines, AMC, the cruise lines... all of these should have been in BK but have been issuing loads of debt and raising money to survive. And their stocks are trading at prepandemic levels and in some cases 5 year highs.

GB-WT seemed to have a mini crash just after 10. $1.04. Would have been an a nice add there for a potential 6 bagger in warrants unless managements decides to eff up the warrant holders.

The stock may continue to move down until Global Blue provides an update to shareholders on how Global Blue's business may have been impacted by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Private equity investor merges the company into a SPAC, the SPAC sponsor advises the investors to vote AGAINST the deal (unheard of in this space) and the private equity investor and related parties ending up controlling the majority of the float. Questions of disclosures and possible violations abound.
Last but not least, if we manage the stock price up, do we get to mark our own books? (Guess)
    An enterprising attorney general's dream...

I bought my warrants too soon. I am finally green, but I could have gotten a much better entry point. This company has been around a long time. If it survives the epidemic, the warrants will be a multi-bagger. Much better potential than the commons.

Any update on the warrants. If GB can make it through the pandemic it seems the warrants will become a bargain. I've never held warrants through a long term, so question... . These warrants expire 2025. Can the company call them for redemption prior to that..?
I had about 1800 warrants that I exited break even or maybe with a teeny loss.
I'm thinking of reloading ..maybe $2500 worth of warrants as a gamble and let it ride. I'm not sure if I can watch it every month for news about warrants redemption etc for 2 years. lol.
