Morgan Stanley Senior Portfolio Manager Sherry Paul was on Bloomberg TV on Tuesday. She said the recent setback in the market is short term and what investors should now be looking for is companies that can provide long term growth and innovation. She said companies are improving their technology and building their infrastructure, and this offers opportunities for investors.

As of the most recently reported data on Sept 30, Morgan Stanley owned 14m shares of FSLY and was the company's largest institutional shareholder. Companies are improving their technology and building their infrastructure with FSLY, so Morgan Stanley is most likely still buying the stock.

By 2025 they are planning for only 500M in rev. Meaning I’d you buy today, you are still paying 6X sales estimates for 4 years into the future. This stock should be closer to $10

They had some interesting insights about FSLY on http://alert-sounds.com/. Definitely made me think twice about the company.

Sciencast Management, located in Princeton, NJ, has filed their fourth quarter 13F. They did not own any FSLY shares on Sept 30, then in Q4 they came in as a new investor with a buy of 50,000 shares. Once the stock market recovers from its current panic attack, I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of new investors coming into FSLY, given how low the stock price has gotten.

Unbelievable; I feel for everyone that still has this stock; at least most of you are not like me when I listened to Cramer and the CEO presentation last year and bought at $111.

Citi equity strategist Scott Chronert was on Squawk on the Street on CNBC on Thursday. He said that it looks to him like the selloff in the market is about done, and he still expects the market to be up for 2022. As of the latest reported data, Sept 30, Citi owned 554,000 shares of FSLY, including 160,000 that they bought during July-Aug-Sept, so this is a stock that they like.

How is the “Academy” going to create ROI, much less have a meaningful impact on the bottom line? How are “newbies,” who apparently in need of education and training, going to create value for the company? Is management really saying that they have input from customers which essentially says that FSLY offerings are so non-user friendly that customers need “training” on how to use / integrate it into customer offerings?

Liberty One Investment Management in, where else, Libertyville Illinois, has filed their 13F for Oct-Nov-Dec. They did not own any shares of FSLY on Sept 30, but they came in during Q4 and bought 31,000 shares. A nice start to building a position in the stock. By the way, Libertyville is about 40 miles north of Chicago.

On Wednesday Barclays upgraded many of the software names they cover based on the strong growth they see in software. I don't think Barclays covers FSLY (they weren't on the last earnings call) but based on the latest available data they've been getting more positive on the stock. On June 30 they didn't own all that many shares, but then during July-Aug-Sept they came in and bought 550,000 shares. Maybe Barclays will pick up coverage at some point.

Another massive loss when earnings come out in a couple weeks. Not sure if this will stay above $20
