$SUNW $TPIC $FSLR $BE $SPWR
But it won't. It doesn't matter how high the demand goes, FSLR can't produce anymore until the new factories are fully functional in 2024.

1. FS series 6 was a big hit after spending billion of dollars to develop it. Series 7 should be easy now in 2024.
2. FS has a large backlog that will now be filled because of their new manufacturing sites to be done in 2024, 2025, and beyond.
3. FS will produce 16GW if not more in 2024. (7.9GW was produced in 2021)
4. FS and Sunpower to develop a new type of residential solar module that pairs thin film with traditional silicon. You can tell CEO Mark Widmar was very excited about this. If FS R&D can pull this off this will be a game changer for sure. I hope it will not be another TetraSun failure.
5. Inflation Reduction Act will jump-start FS for sure.
Sounds good?
Short Squeeze Next week...
FSLR is one of the stars in my account this morning
Govt subsidies have only been buoying up excessive markups by solar installers. Without govt subsidies we may get some real competitive cost reductions in balance -of-system components and installer markups to match the advances made in cost reduction of solar panels.
