This reverse split should make everyone very uneasy. Along with a coming market tank, and all value is zapped.
A
At least they got money from the Quebec Govt
w
is this basically going to zero?
B
Curious what FG management will say about the progress and future of this company?
D
As someone who has patiently held this stock long term, I am officially done.
j
One last take on reverse split. The only circumstances I'm voting for if it is declared in conjunction with signing a contract
J
Watch for a merger in the near future with Stria Lithium and possibly Braille
R
06.5c...great time to buy.. Will go up to 8c with in 2 week... Been watching the rollercoaster for that last yr.. And it keeps that wave.. Just saying.. Easy 20% gain
P
Anyone making money here aside from the president?
m
They are doing nothing to protect our value
J
Their sister company, Stria Lithium, is also doing a share consolidation. There could be a potential merger in the near future.
j
We are entering daily average trading volume drying period. It is becoming easier to manipulate share price by almost anybody.
D
Management should explain to everyone how a reverse split in shares will benefit the average investor. Some might see this as just a clever way that management and/or select classes could pilfer the liquidity of the company, leaving the investors holding air. When will mining equipment be bought and installed and product actually start to be sold?
j
I hope management reconsiders implementation of reverse split due to stigma associated with it. Generally forward splits are received as a confirmation of growth. However reverse splits generally are viewed as a something opposite. Both events are low risk opportunity for technical traders to make money. First one on the long side and second in the short.
D
Do they have government permits in hand yet for either facility? Have they purchased and installed any mining and processing equipment yet? Do they have a single customer yet that is clamoring to buy what comes out of the ground? It can reasonably take about 3 years to go from concept to production. These hoodlums have been selling stock and diluting investor values for 20 years. I had hopes this might actually be the year we see success. I do not see that a reverse split accomplishes selling any product.
m
With all those years sitting on this land … what achievement???

Things Are Looking Up For the Graphite Market
In 2021, just for batteries alone, 400,000 tonnes of natural Graphite were used, and that number is expected to grow to 3 million tonnes by the time 2030 comes around. Synthetic Graphite had a demand of 300,000 tonnes in 2021, which is expected to grow to 1.5 million tonnes by 2030.
Benchmark Mineral Intelligence has data that shows that there is a serious demand for natural and synthetic Graphite - and that is only going to increase. With the popularity of electric cars, Graphite is poised to proliferate in demand.
Graphite is an in-demand mineral, and that demand will only become more significant as the years go on. The popularity of electric cars has been a driving force behind the popularity of the mineral but is not the only use of Graphite. This mineral has been around for centuries and has embedded itself in our modern-day world.

A reverse split combined with an uplisting to a major exchange would be an amazing move that would benefit shareholders tremendously.
