I just read that Judge Lamberth granted the defendants ( FHFA) their request for summary judgement and denied the Plaintiffs ( Fairholme Funds) their request for summary judgement. Saw this motion dated today.
I believe it is now on to a jury trial.

FED increased rate to make sure people can not get loans and they are claiming they are controlling inflation. Who will benefits, when ordinary people can not afford home and can not get loans for car, etc. Who has interest in raising interest rate? It's not for the ordinary people. Corporations will still make money, banks will get more profits, so where ordinary people in this scheme.

Smartinsider states that Congressman Michael Mccaul, and family, bought between 150,002 - 350,000 of FMCC on July 25, 2022. Capitaltrades says it was Federal Home Loan Banks. Can anyone help me verify which?

I removed the .coms so that my post would go through.

Based on what I have seen of large legal actions in the past, we are likely to get things in pieces.

For instance, perhaps a judge rules that this is indeed an illegal taking, but then orders a hearing to decide who gets compensated and on what basis.

We aren't likely to get a judge saying "$17 for FMCC holders" up front. Government will argue only original stockholders (2008) should get compensated, etc. Then they are likely to argue about compensation. It's likely to bounce up some and then drag on some more.

I was married to a woman who got angry when I told her I was about to make my first million. She said in a mad tone..."Do you know how much a good beach house cost??? DO YOU?????" I said yeah 20=30 million... and she said AT LEAST...AT LEAST. Moral of this story... you Wall Street guys look like cupcakes compared to her.. and I come here for the inspiration.. so please don't do anything for my sake. I AM LONG AND STRONG!!!!! NO GUTS GLORY BOYS!!!!
