Just bought into the FARM. The YTD chart looks great and I like the business in the current times. Never fully recovered from the March lows. Good luck to all. Happy Labor Day weekend!

I think they will beat. The price would go $7+...FARM is a re-open stock that never really recovered from March low.

A new 52 week and 9 year low! Now the market cap of the company is worth less than the publicized entire spend of the HQ, manufacturing and distribution site in Texas. Way to go with all these fancy milestones you guys keep hitting! Keep up the good work! Only need to drop a dollar and some change for that 40 year low. You got this!!

As an employee when are these lenders going to realize that Farmer Brothers is not credible in any form. Stop loaning
them money to support the Executive Leadership. They will suck the life out of you, like they do their employees. Let’s make a decision to cut 15% across the board and by across the board I mean everyone accept executive leadership. Check the SEC filings. Why give us stock at all? Please just get a roll of pennies and put it on each of our desks for stock, since that’s all it’s worth. The trend is hiring a CEO - Mike Keowen (Worthless/Lier) and his buddies, Ellen Ibost (Worthless) - CFO David Robson - (thief, liar), Ron Friedman CHRO (Worthless, Lier, Spineless)
Let’s revamp DSD 800 times and expect different results. We laid-off, furloughed upteen people because we really don’t have the funds to bring you back, but let’s HIRE A NEW CSO, and bring him in Whole - can you tell us why we still have Mike Walsh? Anyone? Hello? I’m not the only one here thinking this. Now we have a new CEO, any changes for the better..,hmmmm let’s all ponder on that - bringing in his people. Finally Deverl has made a decision to get rid of Gabriela, and We have heard through others that decision to put the CHRO on a short list to get rid of. He might want to think of Mike Walsh, Jennifer Brown, Ron Lynch, Jose Ramirez and a few others. Why are we not looking at what they have costed the company, and putting that towards making us all while again. They history does repeat it self. Remember what year the Titanic sank....1912, does that ring a bell!

This was posted this AM. on Seeking Alpha, I'm pretty sure this is really bad, especially since the company has maxed out it's line of credit and already sold everything they had owned. Add in reduced sales from customers and you are looking at the perfect storm....
    COVID-19 Response
Looking at some of their customers – restaurants, hotels, casinos – it’s not surprising that the COVID-19 crisis is going to have a large negative effect on business.
In the recent 10-Q for the period ended 3/31/2020, FARM stated they have projected to break some of the covenants in their credit revolver. This would allow the lender to immediately demand all the outstanding amount due, which was $122 million as of 5/7/20. The company does not expect to have enough cash to cover this amount, which would jeopardize the ability to continue as a going concern.

Well isn’t this company full of liars... oh let’s take a 15% pay cut and not pay the board so it LOOKS like we’re saving money and making sacrifices. Well, I’m here to burst that bubble - they filed an SEC form that shows that all of the executive team and board gave themselves massive restricted stock bonuses! So while it appears they’re making sacrifices, the reality is they are continuing to STEAL from shareholders. Humph.

Congrats on reaching the 52 week low!!! In fact, it’s not just a 52 week low, but 9 year low! Only $1.43 more down and you guys will hit a more than 40 year low! Boy wouldn’t that be the most amazing turn around ever! (In the wrong direction of course).

Ugh. Giving out stock options to the new CSO. I mean, it’s the way to obtain talent, sure, but it’s another slap in the face for hardworking employees who’ve been furloughed or laid off because of COVID. Unreal. Way to support the team members who have been there years and are the real workhorses behind this company. Congrats C Suite, you’ve made them feel even less valued.

I hope you’re correct but 2 years ago it was around 30.00 it may be a sinking ship.
