Just sold Suncor and bought Extendicare. Hopefully, I wouldn't regret it in the future.

$8 here we come

Second Ford gov locked in. Buy more now before this doubles🤑
M
Ford will win again and this will be $10

Ah, EXE is still making money and demand is pretty strong across the board, monthly dividend is stable for foreseable future, and more project development in the pipeline. What more can we ask for. Remember to reelect PC Premiere Ford.
M
it's a good time to buy right now!!

1000k shares filled ;)

This will be dead in a decade when long term care becomes non-profit.
A
Ontario will keep supporting for-profit longterm care. Long-Term Care Minister Rod Phillips has maintained that recent changes introduced by the Progressive Conservatives aimed at improving accountability and upping enforcement will improve the situation.
He’s said that taking back licenses from for-profit homes isn’t practical, arguing that approach would cost money and time that could be better spent expanding the sec

I’ll be looking to buy more at 5 or under 5. 10% dividend with 90% government revenue is the kind of odds I like. I get it’s a tough time but now being unemotional will be rewarded

I wonder how the market reacts tomorrow to the just released earnings. It was a truly dismal quarter, but pretty much exactly what was expected considering their last covid/business update. I thought there was a chance they'd cut the dividend, but nope. We still get our 4 cents. This is a rough sector right now, and I wish all passive income investors luck going forward. Hopefully we get this virus thing behind us by 2022!
I'm predicting good news from EXE in their news release.
M
it's only 5 homes in saskatchewan. No way in the world can the other provinces divorce themselves from extendicare as they provide so many publicly funded beds and have many, many expensive facilities rooted in real estate that the taxpayer can't afford to purchase.
M
Buy $2000 worth of this stock, it drips 12 shares A YEAR into your account. Trust me, I work in medicine in acute care. The province is hooked on this company for the provision of LTC beds / funded beds.
s
with the stock recovering Toronto Lawyers Launch Canada's Largest COVID-19 Lawsuit against Extendicare. Even NDP party is after this company. Why don't they leave it a lone.
M
Baby boomer demographics are on your side. I manage beds. There is literally nowhere else to put these people. Always short.

EXE is going through many lawsuits in regards to the way the pandemic was handled in the nursing homes. I like the stock but I don't see any long term stability.
P
Great continuous dividends, perfectly priced, strong fundamentals. And now COVID is disappearing, by end of summer this stock will touch $11. I purchased my first large lot at 6.15 and ever since accumulating it. Purchase, Hold tight and enjoy the profits!!
