"Dole plans to use the 120kW REV machine for the production of highly nutritious snack products. As I understand it, they intend to use upcycled product for this line."
I see some encouraging things at Enwave:
1) the injunction and the litigation schedule provides a favorable runway for ENW while competitors are blocked.
2) Dole committing to a 120KV unit after a long due diligence process with smaller units shows that large sophisticated partners see value;
3) The recent placement several 10 KV Units.
However, I wish they would jettison Nutridried and would re-think Revworks tolling operations. I still maintain that the tolling operations will be limited by user transportation cost considerations. I still think a franchise system placing REV facilities in key areas with demand makes more sense. Quality control would be challenging but placing units in closer proximity to the customer (Growing areas etc.) would overcome a major limitation.

Around min 16 he quotes:
“…..Eventually we're gonna sell ND, it doesn't fit congruently with our technology business we're cognizant of that and it's it's almost like we're competing against our licensees in certain ways so we'd far prefer to sell to a strategic or financial investor relatively soon so they can continue to grow that business and we can you know solely focus on the continued adoption of our technology…”
What do you guys think a good price/deal for ND is?
1) "We have the opportunity to confirm six to eight large-scale and ten, 10-kilowatt machine sales cumulatively this fiscal year. If we can achieve these targets, EnWave will be profitable."
2) ".....many of our prospective and current partners are encountering construction delays and elongated project time lines. This environment, particularly in the cannabis industry has led to sub-machine installation delays and purchase order decisions getting pushed out."
3) We have a headwind of unusually high cheese prices at the moment, but once pricing returns closer to historical norms, NutraDried should be profitable again.
