Added 30% to my position today.
I've been adding at these levels. Placement of the bank shares in safe hands is the only thing keeping me from going all in. Patience
According to the investor presentation, this stock will have about 6m USD cash flow this year, next year 9m and in 2024 12m usd.
This stock could be a hidden gem at these prices.
There is of course a risk, but the potential rewards may be very very nice.

The financing with Nebari was expensive. What do I miss here at these valuations?
This stock can be a 3 bagger this year and a 5 bagger in 2 years
gold up...silver up...gold stocks up...silver stocks up...all of my gold and silver stocks up except one...can you guess which one? And it has been down 6 days in a row now....fun
Well the Peru deal is out. Unfortunately they do not provide enough info to properly value it. Seems this deal is decent but nowhere near the kind of margins we got from Tahuehueto. They do not say how many ounces were mined last year or how many ounces they plan to mine going forward. At 35000 oz per year (at $1800 spot price) they will make about 700k initially and 500k per year going forward. Hopefully they pull more than that out of the ground....nice thing about the deal is that it lasts forever. For now Tahueheuto is the key. Its value alone is equal to the current market cap of Empress.
what us going on with this stock? with gold and silver prices trending up and near term production coming up there should be some action?
J ...So here are my thoughts. First, I was surprised Empress went through with the deal. I have been watching the stocks of Canadian mining companies with property in Peru and it has not been pretty. I am guessing Empress is comfortable with the deal cuz the mine is own by locals but there still seems to be a lot of risk given the current political situation. As for the numbers, I have an email into the company asking how many oz's were mined last year and how many oz's they foresee being mined per year going forward. This info would have been nice to have in the press release. As far as i can tell, Empress will get (I am using $1750 gold spot price which translates to $1400 for empress) 2.2 million the first year and about 1.66 million in the following years. First year they get 4.5% of the first 11000 oz's poured which is $693k. Also in the first year, they will get 1076 more oz's (1% of 107,600 oz's) which translates to $1,507,000. 693k and 1.5 million equals 2.2 million for the first year which is what Empress has on their presentation. In subsequent years I think they are estimating 118,600 oz's being mined yearly which translates to $1,660,400 per year going forward.
January this was trading at $0.45-0.55/share, those were good times. An then it went for a wild ride to $1.30. 💰
Outlook looks great
I’m buying by the end of the week or early next week.
Price action in the junior mining sector reminds me of march 2020. Back then I put half my net worth into strikpoint at 3 cents and the rest of my money into a few other explorers. If you panicked back then and sold, I hope you learned your lesson. Lots of value in the sector overall but I continue to think empress has the best risk/reward.
Empress is estimating 3 million per year from Tahuehueto. I think this number is way too low. For one, they are modeling $21 silver price. Also, Telson is estimating 450,000 oz silver production per year. If that happens, Empress will get the 1.25 million oz in less than 3 years and make way more than 3 million a year.

Just listened to a recent interview with the CEO of Telson in which he says it should take 4 or 5 years to give Empress the initial 1.25 million ounces silver. I am going to run through some numbers using 5 years to be conservative. 1.25 million over 5 years comes to 250k ounces per year. At $20 silver spot prices Empress will make 5 million per year for the first 5 years and 1 million per year for years 6-10. At $30 silver Empress will make 7.5 million per year for the first 5 years and 1.5 million for years 6-10. At $40 silver Empress makes 10 million per year for the first 5 years and 2 million per year for the next 5 years. IMO Tahuehueto alone is worth the current market cap of Empress. Industrial silver demand is projected to increase quite a bit in the coming years. Individual investors throughout the world are waking up to silvers value and buying all the physical they can get their hands on. I have seen many smart people give rational reasons why silver will get above 100 in the coming years....tough not to be bullish ....I own 1.45 million shares so im putting my money where my mouth is.
I bought a bit two days ago, at 41 cents, I thought "buying low" and then yesterday I see the dilutive news that they selling shares just below the market price at 30 cents and adding the 1/2 warrant too. On their webpage they say ... "Empress aims to create a diverse and robust portfolio of investment opportunities that will create value for its shareholders, as well as, it’s strategic mining industry partners. By following this strategy, Empress is able to invest in mining companies without diluting their shareholders while also generating consistent revenue for its shareholders."
Well private placements looks dilutive to me and setting a low ceiling with warrants.
I was thinking of buying much more, but with the dilution now clear , I sold. BYE
EMPR.V... and AABB GOLD-backed Crypto/ Gold-Silver mining.
I am not too concerned with the pace of this stock, they are a new company and creating royalty streams; unlike others, they are not buying royalty streams. Patience is key here. Long term holder, very bullish.
Empress should announce two new deals soon....the most significant being the peru deal. The key to peru deal versus the deals already struck is this one will immediately result in income coming in to Empress...I will be looking at the margins....I am hoping the $10 million deal will result in $3 million in revenue per year for 10 years. I think anything above that will be gravy. Add that to Tahuehueto and you are talking about significant money coming in over the next decade.
