The company was formerly known as Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited and changed its name to China Evergrande Group in July 2016. China Evergrande Group was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. China Evergrande Group operates as a subsidiary of Xin Xin (BVI) Limited.
