National Online Registries, Inc. (NOR) received a Gold MarCom Award in the Insurance Website category for its MCInfo system. The MarCom Awards recognize outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing, communication materials and programs. The award marks the second MarCom win for MCInfo after the company earned a Gold Award in the Informational Video category for a system demo video in 2018.

The New Jersey Department of Health’s Office of Vital Statistics and Registry has launched the Vital Records Birth Certificate Sex Designation Change Amendment application, a new online service that allows citizens to submit request forms and attestations to amend the sex designation listed on their birth certificate to reflect their gender identity. The online service allows citizens to submit their amendment request online and upload their attestation and supporting documentation in lieu of mailing a paper application.

Additionally, users can easily obtain information about the State’s 15 community colleges, as well as a host of additional information provided by the Community College Board. “Since the start of the MCCB Website Redesign Project, our goal has been to create a user friendly website that would be a platform to showcase who we are as an agency, what we do for Mississippi, and who we serve—our colleges,” MCCB’s Director of Instructional Technology, Shalon Farris, said.
