I heard about EEM the other day on (http://financialdeals.tech). It's looking like an interesting play.

The India Fund, IFN, (Aberdeen), may be of interest. 10.71% discount, 10.55% distribution (just raised in Sept.), good institutional holding. Mark Mobius, formerly of Franklin-Templeton sees a 50-year rally in Indian stocks, with some short bear markets. Google it. Times are volatile, but IFN may be a good core stock for portfolios.

Why would anyone invest in EEM,
Ppl talk about investing in emerg markets but they have severely underperformed the us, i mean this fund has a high of 51 , it seems it always stuck in the 40s, why would anyone invest on this long term seriously

Any idea why EEM is drastically underperforming the US the last month or so....

Ha! I just looked at the MAX timeframe (over 5 years) for EEM and there is NO long-term rationale for buying EEM. All it does is goes up and down between $25 and $50. Just buy it at $25 and sell at $49.50.

This is by far best etf in value companies. I never thought of what companies it hold. Jewel ofcompanies by percentage alocation. Samsung, BABA, TSM semiconductor whith short in supply of chips and advance chips used by apple(lower than 7nm) and auto industry... Dirty cheep etf.
