The company offers wealth management services, including management of mutual investment funds, SICAV, portfolio management, and private equity and hedge funds; and provides asset management, bancassurance, fiduciary, investment advisory, advice on mergers and acquisitions, clearing and settlement, custody and administration, payment, structured finance, securitization, remote banking, savings management, brokerage, financial leasing, factoring, insurance, and treasury, as well as administrative and management support services. In addition, it is involved in cheese warehousing and securities trading services, as well as software house activities. The company was founded in 1910 and is headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
