Hello new investors, if you are buying this DCTH stock, I think you should know about the this. They have implemented three reverse split already to get money from the investors. This company had 500,000,000 shares outstanding. They issued all the shares to get money for them. Now when they run out of money, they implemented reverse split so that they can issue more shares to collect money for them. They didn't care about the share holders. Then the share price went down and they run out of money again and they did reverse split again and issued more shares to collect money from share holders. This way they did reverse split three times and $100,000 worth of share became only 3 cents. Now you may ask how they implement reverse split without share holders approval. Here is your answer: usually the general share holders will vote no for the reverse split. But they have their own people inside who will buy lot of shares when the price goes down say 1/2 cents per share and they will vote in favor of reverse split. Then after reverse split they will issue more share at high price say $1 per share or say 50 cents a share to get money for them and then the price keeps going down and when the price goes to 1/2 cent or below then their own people buy those shares at cheap price and when they know that they have bought more than 50% share then the board of directors ask share holder to vote for reverse split and then their own people vote in favor of reverse split again. This keeps going and going and the general investors losing money. So, after knowing all these, if you still buy this share, it's up to you. I'm not making up stories, you can check the historical price of this stock and do research on it.

Jen maximizing that shareholder value as promised before the presplit! Thank you Jen as one who bought well before the split. My shareholder value now stands at $30.78. I'm only down -99.07 percent. I'm sure you will have us back near 52 week high of $245 in short order. Owning this has been such a rewarding experience. Thank you!

New year, New 52 weeks high and low.

DCTH is trading -99.98 from its 52 high $127. Do I expect dcth will reach $127 or more per share this year? the answer is NO that's why dcth needs a reverseve split. and, do I expect dcth will do a reverse split at this price: 0.006 per share? the answer is NO. because the price is too low. let's break it down.
DCTH is expected to do a reverse split at the ratio 1:100 or 1:500.
let's say the ratio is done at 1:100
0.006×100=.6 this price is far from its 52 week high 12,700 if, that happen, I am expected the price will continue to go up. it seems dcth will go in bankruptcy, $12,700. is it possible? I don't know. but, it's likely impossible.
Now, let's say the ratio is 1:500
0.006×500= 3 once again, this price will be far from its 52 week high 63,500. they still can do it at this price. but, it will not be good for the company. they will make more profit if the price goes up before the reverse split. dcth short term price will be expired on June.
for these reasons, I am in. and I am holding 100,000 shares. holding tight!

You mean they put shareholders through 3 reverse splits in as many years and with all that time and monies raised still have not completed enrollment of the Ph 3 ocular melanoma trial? Is that somehow true? Then what have they been doing all these years with their extravagant salaries and all those monies raised?

Please answer my question. My brokerage charged a 6.95 for every trade done in a day. So if I place a sell order GTC and it fill partially within 10 days, I’ll get charged 10 x 6.95. My question are
    1. Is there any brokerage charges cheaper than what I know now?
    2. I thougt tge charge should be per trade placed. Am I wrong?
    Please advise

Just a quick glimpse at what this stock has done. Had $5,000 in Jan 2017. Held, and held and held expecting some of the fantastic PRs that came out to bump prices up. Here I am 1 R/S later on the eve of a second with about 0.56 left of my initial investment. This thing is a gamble, do not hold. Quick in and out might work but the odds are not in your favor.

Does anyone knows the real number of shares for the stock ? I can’t believe 10m shares traded when the count should be 3m on my calculation being 500m converted at 350 to 1

Hello All, do not buy this stock, if you buy, you will lose all of your money. This DCTH board of directors issuing shares to get their big fat salaries. They don't care about the shareholders. They have implemented three reverse splits. Before the first reverse split, the CEO told the share holders to vote in favor of the reverse split and she said it will be good for the share holders. But after the first 100:1 reverse split, the 500,000,000 share become 5,000,000 shares. Now at this point, since they had 500,000,000 shares outstanding, after reverse split they issued the remaining 500,000,000 - 5,000,000 = 495,000,000 shares to collect money for the salary of the board of directors. Now after getting all the money, the share price kept going down because they didn't care about the share holders. The share price was above $4/share and the price went down to $0.03/ share. After few months when the board of directors ran out of money and they don't have money for their big fat salary, they wanted to reverse split the share again so that they can issue more shares to get money for their salary. The general share holders didn't vote for reverse split but the board of directors somehow found a way to get the reverse split approval. The second time they have implemented 350:1 reverse split when the share price was $0.03/ share. So, the share price became 350* 0.03 = $ 10.5 / share and 500,000,000 share became 500,000,000 / 350 = 1,428,571 share. Now they were able to issue more shares because number of shares became 1,428,571 but they have the ability to issue 500,000,000 shares. At this point they kept issuing more shares to collect money for their salary and the share price kept going down again and the $10.5 share price went down to $0.03/share again. Now the want to split the share again and ask the share holders to vote for reverse split again. The general share holders did not vote for the reverse split, but their own insider people bought lot of shares at cheap price and they voted for the reverse split. This time they implemented 500:1 reverse split, so the 500,000,000 shares became 1,000,000 shares and all who bought $100,000 worth of shares became only worth of $0.0057 ( $100,000/100 = $1000 then $1000/350= $2.857 then $2.857/500 = $0.0057) . Now they will issue more shares to get money for their salary. Now the shares is trading everyday is either by their insider people just to keep the share active. The are selling and buying among themselves to keep the price above $1 so that they can sell shares to get money for their salary. Once they will get money, the price will go down and when they will run out of money, they will implement reverse split again to get money from the general people. So, don't buy this share so that at least you won't lose your money.

So Sam, I remember you posting from the old days, when I still had a decent position in DCTH and use to attend the annual shareholder meetings in a midtown NY hotel. Long time ago. So they are still trying with Chemostat, good to see, especially after all those reverse splits. They have $11 million in cash now, that would be enough to carry them for 6 months - is that right? And until Focus trial results are out - supposedly - by then. Do I have that about right? Thanks.

So someone can buy all the shares of this company for $126,000 and essentially own it?
