Glad we now have something to gnaw on with the latest announcement. Too bad we didn’t go knawking on IZbM’s door.

IBM has announced that it's acquiring Randori, a Boston-based offensive security startup that combines attack surface management (ASM) with continuous automated red teaming (CART) to help organizations bolster their cyber defenses.

Congratulations to Victor Dellovo for transforming the company into a fast growing cyber security company with a unique product. This sector of the market has a market capitalization of over $100 billion. CSPI enters the sector with one of the highest profit margins and the strongest balance sheet, yet is the most undervalued.

ARIA Cybersecurity Secures $1.8 M Contract for Real-Time Network Monitoring for Cyber Attack Detection

Government agency to deploy ARIA SDS solution to improve the investigation of network traffic

BOSTON, Nov. 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ARIA Cybersecurity Solutions, a CSPi business (NASDAQ: CSPi) that delivers a software-defined approach for improved cyber-attack incident detection and response, announces the receipt of a multi-million, multi-site sale of ARIA SDS solution from a national intelligence agency. The ARIA SDS products will be a critical component of the government’s solution to improve network visibility on networks vital to national security to detect communication performance and cybersecurity-related issues.

The ARIA SDS approach is ideal for this application, given its design for high-bandwidth processing, exceptional packet analytics, and real-time packet filtering capabilities. The ARIA SIA will easily aggregate the data, up to 120G, from the multi 10G networks found in over forty sites. Upon ingest, the ARIA PI application performs specified filtering to isolate traffic of interest. This traffic is then directed to a variety of cyber security tools, such as an IDS, for further threat hunting and investigation.

“We’re thrilled to have been selected for this program and confident that our ARIA applications will help the government achieve its goal of complete network visibility,” said Gary Southwell, General Manager of ARIA Cybersecurity Systems. “The ARIA SIA and PI application was envisioned for exactly this purpose – to provide complete, real-time visibility of the entire network for cyber threat hunting.”

The rollout is targeted for the second half of 2022, subject to supply chain availability.

It's a start ...Hopefully we gonna see more

I do really like the growth in backlog. Last few quarters - 13mm, 15mm, now 17.3mm. Looking forward to seeing this converts to revenues and the effect on earnings.

Well, with 27,971 shares I think my wallet speaks for my commitment to this equity. I believe there are plenty of small concerns that cannot achieve scale and would happily accept stock over cash in a rollup. Until the run rate exceeds $100,000,000, we will never be a takeout target. Stock currency is a great currency if its price reflects fair value. A thinly traded stock will not get noticed and be attractive to investors unless something compelling brings them to the table. I think an $830,000 increase in the divvy will bolster market cap by $8-10mm. I like the expansion effect. And I will not leave.

I sent the following to IR this morning

Last December you announced trial offerings to the 18,000 infected organizations; to which, you expressed expectations that ARIA would be an effective solution for the cyber attacks.  After the three month trial period, we hear nothing of the outcome.  And, not until recently, do you announce a $1.8mm transaction.

Can you summarize the amount of capital allocated to attract this “win” and provide context on the sales pipeline derived from this effort?

Further, can you explain why you allow our stock to languish in purgatory whilst “White Paper” concepts are receiving billions, Riot got Spac’d and we, the owners, are not being rewarded (dividends) for patience, but our management team craters the stock by punching out of options?

We are so thinly traded, it appears we need to shelve rewarding stock and options to management,  as this method of incentives appears to be operating in contrast to the stakeholders at large.

We have several large shareholders that are very tired of this poor level of communication, lack of context and terrible performance compared to others in this tower.

Finally, just have to ask if the timing to reinstate the buy back might have anything to do with our leaders’s year end tax planning? So, who were the Sellers of any of the buyback shares. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Well methinks todays selling wuz a long time unhappy share holder looking for the opportunity to finally exit this trade... Good luck to him but i hope (not a good investing strategy I know ) that he wuz wrong I suspect we gonna find out one way or another in the coming months....Not years.

Look folks you have year end tax selling in vogue now and its going to be difficult for a low volume micro cap like CSPI to accommodate all the sellers that want to get this stock their books before year end. The only possibility for redemption may be their Mid Dec year end Conference Call if they are able to announce some positive developments. But absent that the year end sellers are in control.

Cruiselines were always large customers for CSPI. With them finally back up, we should we seeing this rev stream pick up as well. At least, I'd hope! Any insights?

Is nobody watching this stock but myself? Clearly since that last bit of news about the Russian hack someone has been buying . Do they know something ? Or are they just accumulating on general principals ? This thing is so thin IF (yeah that's a BIG IF) they do get a contract to sell their cyber security product we gonna make some serous money .

From 10Q - decent sized contract but tough on delivery. The HPP segment secured a $1.8 million contract for real-time networking monitoring for cyber attack detection
in the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, but due to the delays by manufacturers the sale is anticipated to be recognized in revenue
over the next two years when we can obtain the product from the manufacturers. R
