Despite the ongoing global pandemics impact on natural gas demand during the second quarter, which contributed to the lowest average quarterly NYMEX price since the third quarter of 1995, Cabot was still able to generate positive net income of $30.4 million or $0.08 per share.
Cabot Oil's (COG) total average unit costs rise to $1.44 per thousand cubic feet equivalent from the year-ago figure of $1.41 in Q2.
