The Transaction constitutes a "fundamental change" within the meaning of CSE policies, and therefore, the shares of Canada House have been halted from trading and will remain halted until the resumption of trading is approved by the CSE, which is not expected to occur until completion of the Transaction.

Does this mean we can’t sell shares until q4 2021?

The Company will be calling a special meeting of its shareholders, to be held virtually via an electronic meeting platform, in order to seek approval of the Transaction and related proposals. Any one received voting instructions..????????

This is bad news in the short term. As soon as MTL starts trading the stock will rapidly fall below 1 dollar.... Where it stops is anybody's guess. Glad it doesn't represent a large portion of my portfolio.

Revenue decline was disastrous, need to replace coverage from Veteran Affair Canada and expand- no reason not to be flying high as a Canadian MJ company right now, the market is perfect. Love the reports from SmallCapCanada, they feature only Canadian companies that are showing signs of growth, a really solid resource for investors. Wish you all the best this week.

does chv have a Canadian license to grow and sell? if not, did they apply for one?

They just got permission to sell in government stores which is huge. Prior to this their only pipeline really was through Veterans Affairs Canada. Good margins but limited clientele. This will increase their profits dramatically but you won't see it for a few months. Better to accumulate at 3.5 and flip at 7.

was checking out their Web page today. Great financial projections for 2018 and more. Plus" recently awarded its License to Cultivate from Health Canada, our Abba Medix division, based in Pickering, ON, will be producing “craft cannabis” from its 49,500 sf facility, as well as a range of tinctures and extracts, beginning in the 1st quarter of 2018."

Bought a company in Quebec called Isocanmed which is a licensed producer. Quebec is a very lucrative market for THC. Share price will definitely move up from here.
