Rising oil prices mean rising cwb stock prices
Would love to see a dividend increase on this bank
happy New year see at 38.50 tomorrow
Nice to see they are increasing their footprint in Ontario as that is a goal stated 2 or 3 years ago.
%of loans for Q4 in BC 33% , AB 31% , ON 21% .......
%change in loans YoY, BC 11% , AB 8% , ON 10%
Commercial loans +2% , +4% in ON
Payout ratios I didn't see, waiting on email from IR
Overall seems good. GLTA
This stock has the most potential for long term profits for shareholders out of all the canadian big banks. Steal getting in this price
Another nice earnings beat!$1.03 vs 86 cents… first time quarterly revenue over $1 billion… CWB delivers….
Well that dividend raise was terrible.
investors like myself have been waiting patiently.
disappointed to say the least
Hopefully the conference call gets the question of o my 3% raise on dividend. Expectations were for at least 10% as investors are voting with their feet. See ya.
Anybody know what the consensus is for a div raise ? ty
What's going on this week this has been down all week
So... this is literally ON PAR with BMO and NA for dividend payout (Which both BMO and NA are expected to increase their dividend the most out of all the banks by around 25% - 30% - via bloomberg)....
Should we expect a close to 20 - 30% increase for CWB by this logic? Cause I'm thinking of starting a position in the bank to grab it while its cheap before huge dividend hikes and share buy backs
looks like just small potatoes panic selling.
Been dripping CWB for 6 years. Steady as she goes. O&G money starting to flow in Alberta again should keep her chugging along nicely.
up 62% Time to take profits ?
Wouldn’t CWB and other small banks benefit from an improvement of valuations (vs. Big 6) if they’re not hit by the planned 3% surtax on profits over $1B?
The big banks and EQB stocks are touching the sky and CWB can barely get past the pre-covid levels. Had higher hopes, it seems like an underdog stock not heavily watched.
Could this be a target of buyout by the big banks sitting on cash?
buffet sold finaical stock negetive rate coming
