I sold this awhile ago and have regretted it ever since. Back in at 51.22 and I don't think I'll ever sell again

Earning release is on May 15th. We should see a gradual climb to $55 by next Friday. After the earning news, it should touch $60 imo

What’s with REITS today...everything down like 3-5% (way more than other sectors)...Any insights anyone on this?
  • M
Great payout ratio and a decent dividend, would like to see this cheap into the 4% dividend range, it has lots of room for growth. One of my most favourite income stocks.

    Climb baby climb

am I the only one who can only see stale CAP REIT information on Yahoo Finance. Nothing posted for the last few months? No transcript of the last earnings announcement?

need to be careful here. search occupancy rates, and rener flight from Toronto. mix in slow canada vaccine rollout (one of the worst in the world) and you have a risky q1 and q2 for CAR. they've been hedging buying mobile homes, atlantic region purchases and netherlands, but they are still heavily concentrated on Toronto Montreal and Calgary.
  • j
I can't say that I'm not a little surprised by a 2.5% drop the day after a decent earnings report.

Is it time to sell CAR? The residential rental market in Toronto is so bad, condo rent drops more than one quarter, no sure how CAR works?
