I recommend listening to this podcast starting around the 21 minute mark. What I found most interesting is that Europe is starting to replace natural gas with fuel oil, which could increase crude oil demand by over 1 million barrels per day.

The driver in replacing natural gas with fuel oil is Europeans paying the equivalent of $58 per million BTU for natural gas. $100 oil gives the same energy price equivalent of $18 per million BTU natural gas so the economic benefit to switching is obvious.

The person being interviewed recommends buying oil company equities as the best play. We are living in a BP world so dollar cost-average. GLTA.

Bp is probably the leader in percentage of outstanding shares repurchased
on an ongoing basis. It's due to the cheapness of bp's market valuation.

I have mentioned on this board more than a few times that electric vehicles will never be competitive with the good ole internal combustion engine for various reasons, with one big reason being there isn’t enough aluminum, cobalt, manganese, nickel, etc to affordably support mass production of electric vehicles.

Once again, you can’t defy the laws of physics. Fossil fuels will remain essential to the global economy for decades to come. GLTA.

Since the Q2 earnings report and announcement of the new quarterly buyback amount of $3.5B, BP has bought right around $58 million worth of stock on each and every trading day. I suspect BP will keep buying this amount each and every trading day through October 31. Awesome!!!

Keep it up BP. BP is hitting on all cylinders. It’s a beautiful thing!!!

If this week is any indication BP plans to buy between 11 and 12 million ordinary shares in London each and every trading day if prices remain around here. BP could do this with the $3.5B buyback for the quarter. This amount of share purchase each trading day will put a lot of upward pressure on the stock price. Love it!!!

Don’t blame oil companies. Blame those who promoted Greta to the forefront.
