In addition, it has an option to acquire the Wilcorp Project located in Northwestern Ontario. The company was formerly known as Hydra-Max Industries Ltd. and changed its name to Bold Ventures Inc. in April 2006. Bold Ventures Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
