On the BGSF conference call, the CFO [Hollenbach] was clueless and could answer almost no questions. The CEO did her best to cover for his lack of knowledge. How to get him to better understand the company's financials/operations?

15 cents dividends / quarter. I'm pleased. Good performance is going on here. I'm still expecting to see $18 / share during 2022.

A huge inter-year low point, at $6.50. But with divvy yield well over 7%, I think the main thing is to consider whether the company can pay its divvy. If it can, I think this one could be worth the risk, even with all the chaos and unknowns. What do others think? -Scott

I thought that the earnings report COUPLED WITH a doubling of the dividend says that BGSF is clearly on the rebound. After averaging down, I am in the Green. Also on weakness, I will buy more shares. I clearly see the shares in double digits come the first half of 2021 (at least $13/share). So a 40-50% opportunity.

This stock remains too expensive in these COVID days. Net loss was $4.8 million ($(0.47) per diluted share), which included the impact of an impairment loss on intangible assets of $5.4 mm, net of tax, down from $3.8 million ($0.37 per diluted share) in 2019

Uh-oh. Raising equity because they're out of cash? Looks like the company has zero cash but is paying a big dividend to the CEO (close to $1 mm / yr in dividends to Allen Baker) and to Taglich (private equity investor, is on the Board). Notice how Taglich is also an investment bank that puts out "research" on the company? Sounds a little ponzi-ish and a smidge crooked to me. Staffing 360 tried to do the same thing. KELYA stock recently got smashed on a bad outlook - but they actually have cash to weather a downturn.

Good stuff in the latest earnings report and also an increased dividend. Still holding all my shares.

unusual activity. I am not seeing any news but huge volume yesterday and big price jump. Is there a buy out coming? Is someone buying up shares on inside information? I bought this back in October and again in February so I am sitting on some nice gains -- more than I expected. I bought this for it's good yield and it looked cheap at the time.

I'm expecting the dividend to increase to 0.15/per quarter during 2022 (+25%). I'm expecting to see $18 during 2022.

Still assessing and not planning to sell any shares. But did buy some more shares during Dec.

Doing nicely. And we collect a 10 cent dividend on Nov 23rd. We should see the teens by Feb/March. So I'm holding and will wait.

What's going on with the movement in BGSF? Maybe a buy-out offer at in the low $20's? I could live with that.
