Description

AM Resources Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration of coal, hydrocarbons, and gold mining sites in Colombia and Canada. It owns 80% interest in the Mina Luz coal property, which covers an area of 40 hectares located to the southwest of the town of Popayan, Columbia. The company also holds a 60% interest in the Rio Negro asphaltite property that consists of a mining concession covering an area of 97.5 hectares located within the municipality of Rio Negro, Columbia; the Mico gold property, which consists of one mining concession covering an area of 10.4 hectares in Bolivar, Colombia; and the Esperanza property that consists of a mining concession covering an area of 298 hectares situated in Bucaramanga, Columbia. In addition, it holds interest in the lithium exploration licenses that consists of three properties located in Austria. The company is based in Montreal, Canada.
