Based on the facts recorded by the OSC and the practice of other promoters in Ontario, no licensed that should deserve to be mentioned in the OSC allegations, who have perpetrated promotions and raising funds with false and forged promissory notes to divert the funds into AMR, which does not have any planning and operations in Colombia. Those notes are stating that the funds would have been used for the bitumen facility, as explicitly reported in the below facts' explanation.
This company should be delisted and all the lenders been refunded of the money have been given to all those promoters, some of them have already been jailed for past investors defrauding.

    B. FACTS
    4. In the spring of 2015, GBR, primarily through Aziz and Bajaj, began raising money from Ontario investors, for the stated purpose of investing in bitumen mining and/or biodiesel production purportedly being undertaken by an affiliated Colombian company, Global Bioenergy Resource SAS ("GBRSAS").

Please stay away from this company, management not solid as their financials.
I had a chance to read the report of the 2 alleged asphaltites mines they have posted in their website and they are merely doing an exploration. Doing a proper due diligence, even calling directly the expert down in Colombia, they have did just a 43-101 and the company has been lacking of funds.

Worst is their promoters that are con artist and swindlers, one in Toronto in particular that is approaching people convincing to buy AMR shares, and the same person has been in jail for defrauding quite a bit of investor in the past, news are available online as well, from the Globe & Mail. Likely history is repeating.
