    Statement Regarding Media Commentary

Aston Martin Lagonda (the "Company") notes recent movements in its share price and media speculation regarding prospective fundraising efforts.

The Company continues to trade in line with expectations for full year 2022 and reaffirms its financial guidance for full year 2022, subject to movements in FX rates, as provided at First Quarter results on 4 May 2022.

Order books are robust and have strengthened further in recent months, with sports cars sold out into 2023 and order intake for DBX more than 40% higher than the previous year. In addition, Aston Martin Valkyrie production continues to pick up pace. The Company is delighted with the customer and market reaction to new model derivatives and its recently enhanced management team are increasingly focussed on new model launches from 2023 onwards.

As noted at the Full Year 2022 results on 23 February 2022 and Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2022, the Company regularly keeps its funding options under review. Any funding option, if explored and executed, would be to support and accelerate the Company's future growth.

Basically the same rumour as Autocar. But if it's just a seat in the board for 200M without any additional shares... It's should be only good then.

Is this going back under a pound? If so will they do another 20:1 to “jack up” the share price?

The stock market is primed for strong returns in the second half of 2022 as the US economy narrowly avoids a recession, according to JPMorgan.

Sold the lot yesterday 21/06/22.. breakeven price was £9.90..l sold for £5.35... Total loss was a terrifying £4.830..l figures there were other depressed stocks around which would have a much quicker recovery in SP,so reinvested elsewhere..l just can't see an SP recovery to £9.90 for at least two or three years and if ever..

Like I said before, general bad market conditions, and Aston sp always overreacts on such conditions... And also predicted, all those shorters come out of there cave trying to scare the unsecure shareholders. I'm surprised there are no new articles from so called "analysts".

Nothing changed to the fundamentals, the plan is still on track. Yes the debt is obviously still there, but the higher profit margin cars are coming now soon; more and more Valkyries, 333 V12 Vantage's (if you look at the price compared to the V8, there could be a huge margin, maybe close to 90% ! We have the DBX 707 (40-50%margin), continuation versions, and next year new generation cars, with the latest AMG-Mercedes tech (also multimedia) available. So no "too old/dated bs comments" , rich people wants to buy as much as possible great powerful petrol cars while it's possible! The number of millionaires and billionaires keeps growing year after year despite all the negative market news, that will be more for middle-working class unfortunately. The value of Ferrari is almost 100x as much, Tesla even over 1000x! 😅. This is a HUGE bargain, at current price this will be easily the 10 fold in a year or two. You damn shorts better cover now or you will burn so hard...

The debt is the problem but we would be naive to think Stroll doesn’t have a plan to deal with it. I haven’t been following this stock at all so I was surprised to see it go even lower than during the Covid crash, but I’m not worried. I’m a bit on the red now surprisingly, but common... market cap is bellow one billion now. Just the brand itself should be worth more than this. I’m considering buying more shares, although I might stick to my plan of waiting 5 years with my original purchase from first half of 2020. But I am actually glad I wasn’t watching this stock at all because I was probably going to end up buying more at higher prices than what it currently is, had I been monitoring its price

500 target achieved boyz! It's now a choice to take profit or trail it down as we think 400 is very very possible....

"....The consortium, which will be led and controlled by Stroll, includes the likes of André Desmarais (former chief executive of Power Corp. Canada), Michael de Picciotto (vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Engel & Volkërs AG), Silas Chou (the Hong Kong fashion sector investor), John Idol (chairman and chief executive of Capri Holdings), Lord Anthony Bamford (chairman of JCB) and John McCaw (former part owner of McCaw Cellular)..."

These are the people that I think will do something about the stock very soon. They invested heavily into the AM project and will not be happy with this result. I have a lot riding on this stock.
