At this time per their financial reports, it is costing more to produce and sell their product than they are receiving in revenues.

AGRX up .0092cents when the rest of the market was down. Wow maybe that relative strength is the sign of a bottom and it's up and away from here. Just kidding everybody!! I'm just an exhausted and frustrated long like the rest of you just praying for an eventual sale here. How come everybody but management knows these guys have no chance of competing against the big boys of pharma even with heir better mousetrap ?? good luck longs!

keeps dropping a penny a day - so we have 30+ days before we hit zero. Can't believe mgmt does nothing - maybe there is a plan, but they cannot release any info.

please sell this company already. End our water torture here with a 1cent drop everyday. You've got an FDA approval and you have a better product. CONGRATS! Now just sell to a big pharma who can do something with it. PLEASE!!!

wait for it.. this one has potential. Reviews for Twirla are good. The buzz is growing, but stop looking at the stock. Just go watch a racy movie or something.

This is what you call all private investors have given up and this will be only held privately. Strange that there have been no sales by insiders, but all others are abandoning this.

I voted no on adding new shares. I felt like diluting the shares more was just going to take it lower. we can't afford to lose more. I should have never got involved in this one

We'll see what develops as year goes forward. Number of shares upped to 100,000 from 30,000.

I have written the company many times with suggestions on advertising, etc. Then finally gave up and told them to sell the company to a much larger competent pharmaceutical company that could market and sell the product. They still choose to do it all by themselves and destroy the company in the process. Has anyone else told them they are not doing their fiduciary duty?

The analysts for this stock should be held accountable too. They must be accepting bribes for their ratings.

Ugh!! I only bought AGRX thinking they'd never want, nor would they be able to compete against big-boy pharma in this hormonal patch space so I figured this was an easy take-over play since management (who is also from big pharma) would know how to get a deal with done to sell the better mouse-trap they seemingly have. After a 50% haircut on this one i'm wondering if I stay the course. or just throw in the towel. Good luck longs!!!

a reverse split in these conditions would only temporary increase the share-price artificially, but without any support, the price would drop again to the same level before the split and now everyone has less shares as well this time. LOL. RS will not solve the problem.

It’s a twirling disaster, is this company run by the stooge’s

So what happened to the vote yesterday?--you would certainly think there would be some sort of announcement about it. Practically no discussion on the board here either---I guess the only people left that care are the institutional players.

Still not one share sold by insiders or institutions. They are willing to wait, so the rest of us should too!

None of the insiders sold, but they did not buy as well, will recover before April next year, will see a bit disappointed in the stock.

I just reviewed the Vickers insiders report. Not one share has been sold and many have been bought, plus the majority of shares are held by institutions...

I don't mind adding shares in any absolute sense but, I think doubling it in one shot is too much. If they were increasing by 50,000,000, I might go for it. But not 150,000,000.
