Am I the only one where Yahoo Finance's coverage if this company is really limited? The chart only goes back 5 days - I can't get the 1month or 6month charts. There's hardly any Historical Data, or other financial information. And there are no news articles (apart from Press Releases).

This latest announcement included the part where they said these new revenue streams would reduce the payout ratio to below 70%. Great news. This may set up a future dividend increase and pop in the stock price.

    The
News release sounds amazing....stock was halted earlier today on the news and then resumed to end the day -0.5%. Will see how this plays out at market open but news release info appears extremely bullish, looking at possibly doubling my holdings depending on how market reacts....

In March 2020, Alaris announced that it would be switching its dividend policy to a quarterly payment rather than monthly. The next dividend to be declared will be in June 2020 and payable July 15, 2020 covering the months of April, May and June 2020.

Due to the current and expected future impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our Partners, the Corporation also announced its intention to reduce its dividend by approximately 30% to $1.16 annually and $0.29 per quarter (from $1.65 annually and $0.4125 per quarter). This reduction will come into effect with the Q2 dividend to be declared in June 2020 and paid July 15, 2020.

I have held AD for several years and have always like their model & their management but am constantly amazed at the markets negative reaction to the odd set back. Yes sandbox was an unexpected miss but their fundamentals continue to be strong and their ability to support their dividend has only improved over the past year. A buying opportunity?

Alaris Royalty Corp. (AD-T) announced a dividend cut and reported first-quarter revenue of $34-million, up from $27.5-million a year ago.

Its net loss was $42-7-million or $1.16 per share versus a profit of $11.3-million or 31 cents a year ago.

The company said it would reduce in its dividend by 30 per cent to $1.16 annually and 29 cents per quarter from $1.65 annually and 41.25 cents per quarter.

“Our new dividend rate not only reflects what we expect to be a short-term cash flow disruption associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, but moving forward it will allow us to achieve our long-term payout ratio objectives once our cash flow streams from our partners normalize,” stated Steve King, CEO of Alaris.

I do not even understand the sell off unless it is a management change. That sometimes signals bad things. I am not so sure that this applies.

Interesting that they say Planet Fitness is expected to do okay. Gold's Gym just declared bankruptcy.
