Kudos to all you held their shares and did not panic sell...what a come back and given more countries are dropping PCR testing and opening up it's a matter of a few weeks before travel resumes...this will jump so fast ...

Fundamentals are all falling in line for a long term bull run. One month trend is great. One year shows a double double bottom with absolute resistance at $19. Still lots of buying opportunity since it's closer to a 52 week low than it's 52 week high. I see the 2019 trend coming back sooner than anyone else and continuing until to a possible $125 by 2025. AC may not be crypto but it's a more sure investment than a GIC for the next several years.

I think they will drop pcr testing sometime this year. Absolutely not necessary. Has it ever prevented covid wave or minimize it? That would lead to saving of ~$300 for travellers. The stock will pop 5%-10% with that news alone.

Sad reality right now is that the safest place for your money is under your mattress. Hoping for better days in the coming weeks. Have a nice weekend.

Here is why you shouldn't worry about 5g... this a quote from ctv

The answer is two-fold: Canada doesn’t offer 5G networks at the speed the U.S. is set to launch, and Canada has already taken several measures to help keep airlines safe

Oil prices going higher will effect profits As jet fuel price is the largest cost in airlines, it can affect on their profit and as a result on their shares price in the stock exchange. If the price of crude oil climbed to $100 a barrel, for example, jet fuel would surpass $3 per gallon. ... Therefore, airline industry is very sensitive to oil price fluctuations.
    I would wait till 18 a share

    • Reports Q4 2021 results on Thursday, Jan. 20, before the market opens

    • Revenue Expectation: $9.31 billion

    • EPS Expectation: -$1.54

Airline stocks continue to remain a risky bet despite last year’s strong recovery in passenger traffic. The fast spread of the Omicron variant and escalating fuel prices have clouded the sector's growth outlook, just when it began to recover from one of the steepest travel declines in recent history.

This will look good compare to AC with much smaller market when we get to see both reports .

It would be hard to earn money with just the fuel costs never mind the covid.
