Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Virginia Gateway, an approximately 665,000-square-foot irreplaceable regionally-dominant retail center spanning 110-acres in Gainesville, Virginia, for $215 million.
