In addition, the company is involved in the sale of plots and villas in India. The company was formerly known as Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd. and changed its name to Elbit Imaging Ltd. in November 2007. Elbit Imaging Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Petach Tikva, Israel.
