Centric Health Corporation provides medical and surgical, pharmacy, medical assessment, multidisciplinary rehabilitation, and case management services in Canada. It also operates 5 assessment facilities that focus on assessing patients suffering with motor vehicle and workplace injuries by providing independent evaluations to insurers, workers compensation boards, and employers; and offers custom orthotics, off-the-shelf orthotics, custom bracing, and laser and shockwave therapy in approximately 50 locations. The Specialty Pharmacy segment operates a retail and pharmacy network with dispensing operations that service approximately 250 long-term care facilities. The Surgical and Medical Centres segment operates 7 surgical and medical centers with 19 operating rooms and 76 beds. Its surgical centers offer primary and urgent care, executive medical, and diagnostic services, such as CT and MRI scan capabilities; and surgical services in plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic, orthopedic, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, bariatric, endoscopic, and otolaryngology to workers compensation boards, regional health authorities, non-residents, private patients, and various governmental agencies. This segment also operates a sleep clinic. Centric Health Corporation has a strategic alliance with Vancouver Imaging for the provision of imaging services. The company was formerly known as Alegro Health Corp. and changed its name to Centric Health Corporation in August 2009. Centric Health Corporation was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
