The US Dollar has rallied yet again during the week, against the Japanese yen. At this point, central bank intervention seems to have failed, and now the market will continue to punish the Japanese.
The Bank of Japan recently intervened in the currency market to try to stop the flood of buying in the USD/JPY pair. At this point, it looks as though that attempt is going to fail.
The US Dollar continues to see a lot of upward pressure, as the markets continue to punish the Japanese yen for the low interest rates. The interest rate differential continues to be a major driver of where we go here.
