This is what the world's highest-paid DJs made in 2017

These ain’t your bar mitzvah DJs.

Between June 2016 and June 2017, Forbes estimates that these 10 masters of electronic dance music (EDM) earned a combined $298 million — a significant rise from $270.5 million in 2016. The increase is attributed largely to new talent Marshmello and The Chainsmokers, but numero uno on the list earns roughly the same as the newcomers combined.

Click through to see how veterans such as Tiësto and David Guetta fared against the new DJ-producer royalty.
