Renting out your home or another property has become an increasingly popular way for many people to develop a secondary source of income.
With that in mind, the United Kingdom-based online realtor, Nested, has developed a return on investment index with the aim of revealing the best markets for rental properties around the world.
To develop the global rankings, Nested used data from property sales in the past six months, current listings, as well as information from local record offices, the World Bank, HSBC, The Economist and its own internal data.
