Top 10 jobs with the highest rates of underemployment

Do you work part time and are constantly struggling to get your hands on more hours? Or does your job not take advantage of your skills?

If either of these apply to you then you may be underemployed.

You're not alone either. A 2015 report from the Parliamentary Budget Office found that 40 per cent of university graduates aged 25 to 34 are overqualified for their jobs. Furthermore, Statistics Canada says nearly 3.4 million working-age Canadians are employed in part-time jobs.

Click through the gallery to see if your job is listed among those that are most frequently reported to be underemployed in the U.S., according to salary and career info site PayScale, which collected data from nearly one million workers between March 2014 and March 2016.
