For the past three years, Elite Traveller magazine has asked its readers, a group that apparently averages 41 private jet trips a year and has the expense accounts to match, to name their favourite restaurant. To no surprise, the picks tend towards the culinary capitals and global centres of wealth, with Paris, London, New York and Tokyo dominating the list.
