The most expensive Canadian cities to live in

Mercer, the world's largest human resources consulting firm, has released its annual cost of living rankings. The list, according to Mercer, is determined by factors such as "housing, transportation, food, clothing, household goods, and entertainment."
Hong Kong was first over all, but five Canadian cities were included in the list of 209 priciest places to live.
