The Apple Watch: Time to buy one?

The young and exciting smartwatch field may finally have its breakthrough device.

Apple Tuesday introduced us to the Apple Watch, an iPhone-connected, app-running wrist watch with a focus on personalized tech and fitness and health tracking.

Though we won't see an Apple Watch release until "early 2015," the company made sure to give us a nice look at its three different versions--Apple Watch, Apple Watch Edition, and Apple Watch Sport--as well as a rundown of performance and features.
