Tech tycoon Lorne Abony selling N.B. mansion for $9.65M

It’s complete with private beaches, a custom go-kart track, baseball diamond, basketball and tennis courts, but it has been languishing on the market for nearly two years.

Lorne Abony, the CEO of FastFoward Innovations, Ltd., has been unable to sell his mammoth, 10-bedroom, Utopia, N.B., escape with its asking price of $9.65 million.

The property includes three homes, the main house and two guest houses, totalling about 27,000 square feet, as well as more than 100 acres of “unspoiled natural beauty” on Lake Utopia.
