The former "Friends" and current "Top Gear" host is parting with his Spanish-style Pacific Palisades home. The 3,930-square-foot home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and gorgeous canyon views. Built in 1933, the property is over 20,000 square feet and has extensive gardens and a fountain feature.

Oh, and if that's not enough for you, the neighbouring property is for sale too, for another $9.25 million.
