From the posting on craigslist: "Are you looking for a nurturing creative environment to come home to everyday and instantly be connected into a booming artist community ?"

This photo and the next one are from the same Williamsburg craigslist posting, but they were not posted to The Worst Room.

The craigslist posting elaborates: "The Available rooms :
$1300 a month for the biggest room all utilities included 6ft x 11 ft long narrow room cool structural i beams ect
( furniture for this room is available for sale from previous tenant/ twin bed desk ect)
2 rooms for $1200 a month for a room with a small window room is 11 x 12"

The caption from The Worst Room: "Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.
" 'Looking for two roommates.'
" 'Top bunk is $500 per month, bottom bunk is $600 per month.' "

From the craigslist post: "Looking for two roommates.
"This is a one bedroom apartment. I live in the living room.
"I am renting the bedroom. It has a twin over twin bunk bed.
"Top bunk is $500 per month, bottom bunk is $600 per month."

The quite lengthy craigslist posting says: "Looking for a studio on the UES and discovering merely a closet with a toilet in your price range on the top of a 6th floor walk up? Me too, which is why I opted for this apartment a year ago. ...

"WHAT'S THE CATCH: If it sounds too good to be true, here are the downsides. I prefer people who are upfront as to not waste my time so I will do the same for you - The catch to the apartment is that since it is a first floor and basement apartment, your area, although it DOES have a window, does not have much light. Also because your area is a basement apartment, the ceilings vary a bit in height. If it is laid out properly, even super tall people would not have a problem walking around, but it is best suited for someone on the shorter side. The craigslist posting touts it as "an amazing apartment" with "an awesome private garden." The prospective tenant would be sharing it with "two professional guys working in advertising and in the healthcare industry."

The actual craigslist posting says: "Room is pretty big size and private. has closet but has no window."
