Methodology: Excluded were occupations with fewer than 10,000 jobs nationwide or lacking sufficient data. Pay includes base rate, cost-of-living allowances, guaranteed pay, hazardous-duty pay and incentive pay, including commissions, production bonuses and tips. Data were released in April 2013 for the year 2012.
