As the number of Millennials outnumbers Baby Boomers in the workforce for the first time this year, it’s a great time to be regarded as the place to be by that demographic.

While Canada only ranked second as the overall best country out of the 60-nation ranking, it was the top choice of 18- to 35-year-olds worldwide, according to the annual Best Countries survey released by U.S. News and World Report.
