Bobby Flay chops price on New York apartment to nearly $7M

Celebrity chef Bobby Flay has chopped the price on his 3,256 square-foot, three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan, from nearly $8 milllion to $6,995,000.

The fixture of the Food Network's "Iron Chef America" and star of several other shows on the channel kept the digs after his divorce from ex-wife actress Stephanie March, last year, according to Curbed.

If buying isn't your cup of tea, the apartment is also available for rent at $22,500 a month.
