$5.725 million for mansion with 10,000-gallon shark tank, glass-bottom rooftop pool

Despite having some minor setbacks on the market through the years, Zinberg said she is confident the right buyer will come along.

Zinberg has big plans for open house events this month, when short-term renters vacate.

The lot on which the house sits is about 5,000 square feet.

“It’s such a rare type of property, especially in this area,” Zinberg said. “There’s a certain type of buyer for a property like this, and I know they will come along." ...
