The healthcare industry in India is growing at a rapid pace. Rising income levels and a growing elderly population are some of the factors which determine this growth. Here’s a list of countries with health infrastructure per 10000 persons, according to the KBuzz Sector Insights report released by KPMG.
The report states that CRISIL Research anticipates that the sector needs close to Rs 6 trillion to attain the global median of 24 beds per 10,000 persons.
